Wacol Correctional Facility (Women’s) - BMCS Refurbishment

As an extension to the Men’s facility, Systemax replaced the incumbent BMS system at the Women’s facility for all HVAC control items with a Automated Logic BMS system.

In my 30 years experience in the building services industry and having gone through quite a few major BMCS upgrades and / or replacements in that time, I have never experienced a project of this magnitude go so smoothly – particularly in an occupied building (which we all know is a potential nightmare if not approached correctly and sensitively). It is a credit to you all, and a shining example of what can be achieved when a project is properly planned and resourced by people who have a passion to deliver a first class service.
