Central Pharmacy is a pharmaceutical production and distribution centre incorporating clean rooms, laboratories and pressure critical environments. The project required a focus on close control of pressures and temperatures to all spaces to ensure the correct level of isolation and cleanliness to the operational requirements of the facility.
Queensland University of Technology (QUT) has engaged Systemax on a continual basis for the last 6 years. Their works have incorporated ongoing BMS rectification works, fault finding and ongoing system tuning to maximise optimal energy management control strategies. Systemax has directly contributed to QUT achieving significant energy consumption reductions associated with the day to day operation of air conditioning systems.
