80 Albert Street - BMCS Refurbishment

80 Albert Street is an 18-storey commercial building with ground-floor speciality shops. Works included a complete retrofit of existing controls for main plant and VAV’s. Change-over works were completed with minimal disruption to tenants.

Santos Place is one of a few 6 Star Greenstar commercial buildings in Australia currently performing to a 5 star NABERS Energy rating. As such, overall building performance via the BMS is critical in optimal energy management.
